At Aziz Sinclair Solicitors, we are committed to transparent pricing and clear communication regarding legal costs. Our fee scale reflects fair, fixed rates for specialist legal services in our core practice areas, and clients are informed of all applicable fees at the outset of instructions. We do not undertake conveyancing work, other than the drafting and review of leases.


Immigration

  1. British citizenship applications – Ā£550
  2. Settlement visas – Ā£650
  3. Visit visas – Ā£600

  5. Study visas – Ā£700
  6. Immigration Tribunal court cases – Ā£500

Conditional Fee Arrangements (No Win No Fee)

We do not offer Conditional Fee Arrangements (ā€œNo Win No Feeā€). All matters are undertaken on a fixed‑fee or privately funded basis. Fees will be agreed and confirmed with you in writing before any substantive work is carried out.


Important Terms and Conditions


  1. Fixed fees: The fees listed above are standard fixed fees for the services described. If your matter is unusually complex or protracted, we will discuss any additional fees with you and agree them in writing before proceeding.
  2. Disbursements: You are responsible for disbursements and out‑of‑pocket expenses, which may include court and tribunal fees, expert reports, translation or interpreter costs, document copying and postage, and third‑party service providers.
  3. VAT: We are not currently VAT‑registered, and therefore VAT is not charged on our fees.
  4. Payment terms: Payment terms will be set out in your Client Care Letter. Fees are payable by bank transfer only, in accordance with the agreed schedule.
  5. Billing: You will receive a clear, itemised bill identifying the work undertaken, time spent where applicable, and any disbursements incurred.

Before we accept your instructions, we will provide a Client Care Letter which clearly sets out:

  1. The scope of the work to be undertaken
  2. Our anticipated fees and billing arrangements
  3. Estimated costs and disbursements
  4. Your rights and responsibilities
  5. Our complaints procedure
  6. Details of our professional indemnity insurance
